This hotel's location is unbeatable for tourists. You can enjoy a beautiful view of the river and easily explore different areas of the city; it's within walking distance to the lively Nakasu, and just a few stops away from the railway station and airport. the rooms are clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished, with attentive and welcoming staff. they offer a simple yet delicious breakfast and lunch at the hotel restaurant.
Some guests may find the hotel's age a little bit noticeable in some parts of the building, despite clean and well-maintained facilities.

Location is perfect for exploring the city with ease. Subway is nearby and can get to destinations quickly. The room offered great views and was clean. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The on-site restaurant had delicious meals that were simple yet satisfying. The surroundings had many restaurants and shops, making it easy to find activities to do.
The room could be a bit more spacious, felt a little cramped at times. The hotel itself could use some updating in terms of decor and furnishings.

The hotel had a great location, close to a subway station and within walking distance of a lively area with plenty of restaurants and bars. the view from the room was impressive, overlooking a river. the staff was friendly and helpful when we asked for recommendations.
Our New Year's experience at the hotel was disappointing. the noise level in the corridors and neighboring rooms was unbearable, making it difficult to sleep.
